Outside the Gelateria di Piazza, we lingered at a selection of ice creams as colourful as an artist's palette. Should we have dark or milk chocolate, champagne - and - grapefruit or panna cotta? A queue started to form in our wake. We could see why this tiny shop had garnered five "Best Ice Cream In Italy" awards.
