Impossible for this ice-cream shop, located in one of Italy’s most beautiful squares, to go unnoticed. Particularly in summertime, the queue waiting to buy an ice-cream goes out of the shop, which is rather small but has walls hung with awards and newspaper clippings that testify to the skill of the master ice-cream man, Sergio Dondoli. Tasty, wholesome ice-cream, in 30 daily flavours, which become 100 throughout the year, among which we wish to point out chocolate, cream, dolce amaro (bittersweet), champelmo (spumante and grapefruit), fresh season fruit, spices (saffron) or Vernaccia.
